Apparently, the 256-foot yacht designed for the late Steve Jobs sailed in to the British Virgin Islands over the ’14 holiday season. It was commissioned by Jobs before his death, (tough to do AFTER) called Venus, and was designed by Philippe Starck, who at one point had it impounded pending a final payment for his services. Jobs commissioned the building of the $197 million yacht after sailing on his billionaire friend Larry Ellison’s yacht, Rising Sun. It wasn’t finished until 2012, a year after Jobs’ passing. It has six bedrooms, including the biggest and most glam master bedroom I’ve ever seen on the sea. The exterior is crafted from aluminum and steel and looks a lot an iYacht, right?. It’s now owned by Jobs’ widow Laurene Powell Jobs.
