The Go Red For Women Red Dress Collection presented by Macy’s was back at the tents at Lincoln Center last night to raise awareness for heart disease nationwide. Rosie O’Donnell opened the show which breaks some fashion week barriers by showcasing lesser-known designers, who might not normally show at NYFW. The well-known, Tamara Mellon made a dress just for Alexa Ray Joel (daughter of Christie Brinkley & Billy Joel) who lost her grandmother to heart disease. You also get Barbara “I Dream of Jeannie” Eden who looks amazing! You aren’t supposed to mention a woman’s age, I know, but when you look THIS GOOD at 83 it’s worth saying. You can find out more about Go red For Women here.
