Here’s the cell phone footage showing Harrison Ford‘s plane going down yesterday. TMZ first posted the video, where you can hear a witness saying:
“Look he’s gliding in! I hope he’s going to make it!”
Seconds later, Ford crashed his vintage World War II plane at a golf course in Venice, CA. The Los Angeles Fire Department said Ford was “alert, conscious and breathing” when paramedics arrived. Ford was reported to be in “fair to moderate” condition and was taken to a nearby hospital. Ford’s son Ben tweeted:
“Dad is ok. Battered, but ok! He is every bit the man you would think he is. He is an incredibly strong man.”
Yes, one imagined he picked up his leather jacket and jumped on a motorcycle to chase after those Nazis he was trying to escape when he crash landed! Go, Indy!
