Soon, after you and your latest piece decide to go from “In a Relationship” or “It’s Complicated” to “Single” on Facebook, you’ll be able to choose whether or not you want to limit what your ex can see on your profile. You’ll also be able to limit what they can see on your profile all without having to unfriend or block them. We’re talking photos, videos, and status updates.

Facebook product manager Kelly Winters says:
Starting today, we are testing tools to help people manage how they interact with their former partners on Facebook after a relationship has ended. When people change their relationship status to indicate they are no longer in a relationship, they will be prompted to try these tools.
