The 2014 Cannes Film Festival is only a few hours old, but I’m calling BEST DRESSED OF THE WEEK right here. Russian television personality Elena Lenina brings the crazy to the Grace of Monaco premiere with her over-the-top pageant queen tiara and bowling-ball sized hairpiece. I don’t know when I’ve been so mesmerized by a red carpet look.

Zhang ZiZi also elicited a gasp, but for entirely different reasons. Her dramatic black paneled Rolland Haute Couture dress was the most fashion-forward look of the evening. GORGEOUS.
