I had to pull over to the side of the road this morning, to let my ears digest what I had just heard. It’s a radio spot announcing debut of the 50 Shades of Grey trailer on tomorrow’s Today show. Which… don’t even get me started on commercials for trailers…. it’s literally what the Fourth Horseman brings with him to signal the Apocalypse. Anyway, blah blah blah, deep-voiced narrator, then: Jamie Dornan (possibly?) saying: “So it begins.” And then, THEN, a weird little sing-songy moan. Wtf is it supposed to be? Anastasia Steele feeling her oats? Obviously, it’s Beyoncé, singing her new, slowed-down version of “Crazy In Love” – but it’s pretty trippy. I must insist you listen to it.
