Hmmmm. 5 Seconds of Summer keep throwing these videos up, don’t they, hoping one will stick. And yet. And yet. They don’t seem to be getting any airplay, do they? Outside of RadioDisney, of course. And I realize radio hits are an outmoded measurement of success, after all their album is doing gangbusters on iTunes, the GIFs are flying around Tumblr, they have 4 million Twitter followers, and their Youtube channel has 114,000,000 views. But don’t you think at some point… they, like, need an actual hit? I thought they were going to get it with Don’t Stop (16 million views) and before that She Looks So Perfect (59,000,000 views), yet an unscientific poll of the WOW fourth floor yielded 9 out of 13 “no idea”s when asked “What is 5 Seconds of Summer.” So…. They still have some work to do.
