Ashley Stamm-Northup, who acts in adult films as Danica Dillon, filed a lawsuit Tuesday saying that the disgraced reality star, Josh Duggar, approached her at a Philly strip club in March. He paid her $600 for lap dances and then paid $1,500 to have sex at a hotel. At the hotel she claims that Duggar
“physically assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries.”
She says a few days later he tried to apologize and he assaulted her again. She is asking for $500,000 in damages. Her attorney, Marc Frumer that Duggar’s past history with porn addiction and sexual misconduct could be brought forward in questioning.
“The defendant may be subject to [having to talk about] his prior bad [or] sexually abusive acts at a trial. They are all relevant.
[Duggar] has a history of sexual and physical abuse towards women, particularly those he perceives as vulnerable and weak. He has to be held responsible for his actions.”
Danica says of their alleged first encounter.
“I had no clue who he was… He just looks like your average, everyday fan.”
Dillon alleges that Josh introduced himself as a fan of her adult film work, and claims that he
“kept approaching me through the night, saying weird things like, ‘Oh you are so beautiful.’
I believe he had had a few drinks at the club. I wasn’t really staring at him or watching him cause my friends were there with me.”
The ex-reality star is currently at a live-in “faith-based home” in Rockford, Ill., that deals with treating “sin.”
